Shipping and Delivery

 

Placing an order

​

• Orders are delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm CET, Monday – Friday).

• Orders placed after 12pm CET on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

• During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.

• As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• All import taxes and duties are included in the price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Receiving an order

 

• Your order will be delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday). Enter your mobile number at check out for delivery updates via SMS.

• Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

• During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.

Tracking and order

 

• As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at dhl.com.

• Your order will be shipped with DHL On Demand Delivery. This delivery service offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your order is on its way to you.

• Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS updates about your order, and get the flexibility to: reschedule your delivery, place your shipment on hold if you are away from home, or to arrange to collect your order from a service point.

Failed Delivery Procedure

​

• If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address, DHL will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

• After two attempted deliveries, Gwenaëlle Harriet will contact you directly by e-mail.

 

Import Taxes and Duties

​

• All European countries as well as the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and South Korea are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, which means that import taxes and duties, if applicable, will be covered by Gwenaëlle Harriet.

• Russia: The Federal Customs Service of Russia requires customers to pay import duties, this will be calculated based on the total value of goods imported by each customer in a month, if the monthly import threshold of £‌175.00 is exceeded.
